John Russo

John Russo, the chief of the Rutherford Police Department, is the incoming president of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police. Among his many, many accomplishments, John completed the NJSACOP West Point Command and Leadership Program in 2005 and is now an NJSACOP Accredited Chief Executive. He is also Co-Chairperson of the NJSACOP Chiefs Wellness Committee.
