Daniel Sysol

Daniel Sysol is the Deputy Director, 87th Security Forces Squadron Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. He provides leadership, guidance, and support for the protection and security for more than 44,000 personnel, 42,000 acres consisting of $8.1 bullion in facilities and more than 88 mission partners on Joint Base McGuire-Dix- Lakehurst.

Dan retired in February 2021 as a lieutenant from the Toms River Police Department after 26 years of service. He then joined the 87th Security Forces Squadron. He has been an Army Reserve CID Special Agent since 2003. While deployed in Iraq in 2006-2007, Dan served as Special Agent-In-Charge of the Balad CID Office with the 90th MP Det (CID), MND North.
