Richard Norcross

Richard’s first career was as a law enforcement professional. He began as a Cadet on a foot beat and worked his way up to being the Commander of the Intelligence Services Team for the City & County of Camden. In Camden, he worked with and led a tremendously gifted and talented group of professionals who were the epitome of what Intelligence Led Policing is all about. In this somber and startliing episode, Richard has a very important story to share with us.
