Rick Fuentes

Rick Fuentes brings nearly four decades of law enforcement experience from the New Jersey State Police. He holds a Ph.D. from the City University of New York, with a published dissertation on the operations of Colombian cocaine cartels. During his tenure as State Police superintendent, Rick managed more than 25 declared states of emergency, including Superstorm Sandy in 2012. After retiring from the State Police in November 2017, Rick founded a law enforcement, and security consultancy focused on public safety projects.
